Important Notes for 114-1 Semester Degree Examination Application
According to the “Regulations for the Professional Conformity Review of Master’s and Doctoral Theses at Chung Yuan Christian University,” starting from the 110th academic year, graduate students must have their thesis draft reviewed and approved by the department’s Thesis Review Committee to ensure compliance with the department’s professional field requirements before applying for the oral examination.
Therefore, students applying for the degree oral examination in the 114-1 semester must submit the following documents. Thank you!
(1) Electronic Documents
Please email the following files to chemistry.cycu@gmail.com:
- “Application Form for Thesis Professional Field Review” (Excel file; file name format: Student ID + Name); the advisor’s signature is not required.
- “Thesis Abstract” (File name format: Student ID + Name).
(2) Hard Copy Documents
- Application Form for Thesis Professional Field Review (Printed copy, signed by the advisor).
- Research Ethics Course Completion Certificate:
Graduate students enrolled from the 110th academic year onward must complete the Graduate Core Course (6 hours) on the Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center online platform (https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/).
Please submit a printed copy of the completion certificate for the final assessment. - Degree Examination Application Form (Printed Copy):

University Homepage → Current Students → Log in to iTouch (Enter Account and Password) → Further Studies / Study Abroad → Degree Examination Application.
