一、學位考試相關日期如下：
(一)學位考試申請：
1、博士學位自即日起至113年7月31日止。
2、碩士學位自113年4月1日至4月26日止。
(二)學位考試截止日：113年7月31日。
二、申請路徑：本校首頁/I-TOUCH/登入itouch(輸入帳號密碼)/進修/升學留學/學位考試申請。
三、指導教授應落實學位論文品質管控，學位論文不應偏離系所專業領域。研究生須經所屬學系（所、學位學程）審查委員會通過學位論文之專業符合審查，且須檢附本校張靜愚紀念圖書館論文比對系統之比對報告，經指導教授認可為合理範圍，方得提出學位考試申請。
四、本校學位考試委員聘函採電子聘函，學生下載或列印後併同口試論文寄送或由指導教授於口試時致聘，另得以電子郵件寄送以作為委員入出校園證明。
五、學位考試委員於學位考試完成後應於審定書委員欄位簽名。
六、論文以公開利用為原則，延後公開陳列者須檢附證明文件填寫延後公開申請書，送交課務與註冊組，申請書至本校首頁/行政單位/張靜愚紀念圖書館/論文提交/下載區下載。
七、本學期申請學位考試但未舉行者，應於7月31日前經指導教授及學系主任簽核後，提交撤銷學位考試申請書。
八、有關「學位考試進度通知」、「中原大學碩博士論文撰寫格式規範」及「中原大學研究生離校注意事項」可至本校首頁/行政單位/教務處/行政公告下載。
I. The Dates for Degree Examination：
A. Degree Examination Application
(1) PhD：From now to Jul. 31st, 2024.
(2) Mater：From Apr. 1st to Apr. 26th.
B. The deadline for Degree Exam Application：Jul. 31st, 2024.
II. Inquiry: i-touch (Log into) –Advanced Study –Study abroad –Degree Exam Application。
III. Professors should fully implement quality of thesis, which could not be deviated from the professional field of the department (or institute or degree program). The primary draft thesis/dissertation has been approved by the review committee of the department (institute, degree program) which meets the requirements for the professional qualification and submit the report of thesis comparison system by CYCU Chang Ching Yu Memorial Library before applying degree examination. Then, Students are allowed to send their degree examination applications.
IV. The Oral Exam Committee Member Letter of Appointment has been changed to an electronic format, which can be downloaded or printed by students as needed to send it with the oral paper. Or the instructor provides the letter of engagement on the day of the oral exam. The letter of engagement could be regarded as the access pass on campus and sent by e-mail.
V. After completing the degree examination, all degree examination committee members should sign in the committee column of the Degree Approval Form.
VI. The thesis/dissertation is based on the open to the public. Delaying release date of the thesis/dissertation to National Central Library is required. Please fill in “Application for Embargo of Thesis/Dissertation” and attach supporting documents to the Curriculum and Registration Division. Please download from the website https://reurl.cc/v0zeMA.
VII. Those who have not taken the degree examination this semester should submit “The Degree Exam Withdrawal Application Form” which has been signed by both the advisor and the Department Chairperson before Jul. 31st, 2024.

112-2學期學位考試申請注意事項
依「中原大學博碩士學位論文之專業符合審查處理要點」規定：
110學年度起研究生於學位考試申請前，學位論文初稿須經學系論文審查委員會審查通過符合本系之專業領域才能申請口試。故請112-2學期申請學位口試同學於4/15(一)前繳交以下資料給系助理，謝謝!
- 學位論文專業領域審核申請表(書面;經指導教授簽名)。
- 「學位論文專業領域審核申請表」電子檔(檔名:學號+姓名)、及

112-2 Semester Degree Examination Application Notes
According to the “Key Points for Examination and Handling of Professional Compliance with Ph.D. and Master’s Thesis of Chung Yuan University”:
Starting from the 110 academic year, before graduate students apply for the degree examination, the first draft of the thesis must be reviewed by the department’s thesis review committee and approved by the department’s professional field before they can apply for the oral examination. Therefore, students applying for the degree oral examination in the 112-2 semester are requested to submit the following information to the department assistant before April 15 (Monday). Thank you!
1.Dissertation professional field review application form (written; signed by the supervisor).
2.”Application Form for Dissertation and Professional Area Review” electronic file (file name: student number + name), and
3.”Thesis abstract” electronic file (file name: student number + name) please send it to chemistry.cycu@gmail.com
4.Graduate students admitted starting from the 110 academic year must go to the “Taiwan Academic Ethics Education Resource Center” (https://ethics.moe.edu.tw/) online platform to study the core courses of the graduate school
(6 hours in total), please submit a copy (written) of the proof of passing the general examination.
