【Position】Sr. R&D Project Researcher (Job Location: Changhua 彰化)
【Your Tasks and Responsibilities】
- Responsible for new product development projects, which include lab hand casting, up-scaling in
production, product characterization, specification drafting and customer feedback tracking. - Evaluating new raw materials to secure the supply, formulations and laboratory methods in strategic key
industries. - Work with Business Development and Sales to provide technical solutions to customer and evaluate
business opportunities. - Support P&T/QC groups in APAC to improve product quality and production efficiency. Contribute to the
definition of technical/asset requirements to achieve required product specifications. - Capable of managing multiple tasks, working effectively with more than one lab researcher, interfacing
with other functions such as manufacturing and research personnel, interfacing directly with customers if
needed. - Lead the research laboratory in specific areas of applications to support the implementation of business
strategy.
【Who you are】
• Ph D. in Polymer Chemistry, Chemistry or closely related fields.
• Knowledge of respective chemistry, processing, structure property relationship.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) side is more preferred.
• English and Mandarin: fluent (speaking and writing).
• Ability to analyze, review and summarize data in an effective manner.
• Good technical and interpersonal communication skills.
